About

Carrie Meushaw

I've spent several years working in fast-paced startups, gaining a perspective on where friction builds. My focus is on supporting leaders and streamlining the systems beneath them. I operate far enough from the day-to-day to see the patterns, but close enough to take action.

My first job was as a sales associate at H&M. One of their values was Entrepreneurial Spirit, a phrase I've never stopped thinking about. Ownership and proactivity aren't reserved for founders. I see myself as a stakeholder, not a support function.

How I think

01

Ahead of the problem

I track what's coming, flag what needs attention, and move on things before they become urgent. The goal is a working relationship where you rarely have to think about the operational layer at all.

02

Systems over heroics

One person doing heroic work is a single point of failure. I build repeatable processes and documentation so things hold even when circumstances change. The goal is infrastructure that scales with you, not effort that eventually maxes out.

03

Technically fluent

I am actively curious about AI in my work: Claude for drafting and communications, Fireflies for meeting capture and action items, building a Slack app for employee engagement. This entire site was built using Claude Code.

What I've worked on

GTM Operations

GTM Request Management

Designing a triage system for inbound executive requests, covering routing, prioritization, and workflow automation. We want to quiet the noise surrounding the executive and empower the EA.
